Testing for similarities between DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) samples from two people allows family relationships to be established - or disproved - to an extraordinarily high degree of certainty. A common use for a DNA test is to establish if a man is the biological father of a child, a paternity test. However, there are other uses for the science of DNA testing (also called genotyping), these include forensic analyses of human DNA samples, and tracking relationships amongst domesticated animals.
It was realized in the 1940s that DNA molecules are passed down through the generations of a family. In 1953 Watson and Crick elucidated the chemical structure of this molecule as a twisted ladder (a 'helix') made of two strands. DNA occurs in all the cells of our body, it is our blueprint! The strands of DNA contain information in the form of a code, which in turn determines our individual traits and characteristics. This code, the genetic code, is the order of four types of DNA building block. When the two strands of DNA separate, each building block ('base') accurately templates a corresponding base on the newly made strand of DNA so that information is not lost but is instead duplicated and preserved.
The order in which the bases occur in DNA is referred to as the DNA sequence. Each person is unique and just as people differ in their fingerprints, they also have a unique and slightly different DNA sequence. Half of a person's DNA is received from their mother, and half is received from the father. However, while fingerprints have no value for establishing family relationships, the minor variations in DNA sequence are extraordinarily useful for this purpose. All cells of our body contain DNA, skin cells from the lining of the cheek provide a simple and convenient source of material.
DNA is purified from these cells and the minor variations are read out as a type of bar-code by a DNA sequencing machine. When the net DNA 'bar-codes' from family members are lined up next to each other it becomes clear when a child is related to biological parents because half the stripes in the bar-code like signature will line up with those of the mother, and half will line up with those of the father. On the other hand, in the absence of a biological relationship, the DNA signatures from a child and from a potential parent are not found to have 50% in common. It may be appreciated that DNA testing is the most convenient and scientifically accurate method of determining relationships between people.
How to Interpret a Paternity DNA Test Report from International Biosciences
The DNA Test Report shows the results of laboratory DNA tests that provide evidence regarding the alleged family relationship. This is a brief explanation of the meaning of the numbers (that is to say, the statistical certainty of the result) and other items that appear in a DNA test report:
The laboratory analysis tests the DNA isolated from cheek swabs to locate certain regions of chromosomes that are known to vary in length between individuals. Sixteen of these sites are tested; each site is called a "locus", ("loci" – plural). Analysis of these 16 sites in a large population has revealed many different sized versions associated with each site. Versions of a DNA sequence or a gene are called “alleles”. These are the genetic markers* used in parentage analysis.
Because each individual has two of each type of chromosome, one inherited from each parent, everyone has two alleles at each locus. These two alleles are sometimes identical (homozygous), but usually they are not the same size (heterozygous). During parentage DNAtesting, the laboratory identifies the length of the two alleles found at each locus.
The DNA test report you will receive shows numbers (in the first column) that indicate each of the 16 loci involved in the DNA testing process.
The columns marked "allele" on the DNA test report contain numbers indicating the two alleles found at each locus (or one number if they are the same size).
If, for example, a child has two alleles that are designated 12.1 and 18, and if the mother has alleles 12.1 and 16, then the child inherited the 12.1 allele from the mother. The child has to have inherited the 18 allele from the father. The 18 allele is the "obligate paternal allele." Generally, the alleged father must have this allele if he is the biological father of the child.
Fifteen different loci are used as genetic markers in the DNA tests, as well as one (Amelogenin) to confirm the gender of the person providing the DNA sample. If the alleged father does not have the matching allele at every tested locus, then he usually cannot be the biological parent. If he does have it, then he could be the father. A "relationship index" (called the "Direct Index" in the report) for each locus is calculated based on information including the portion of the male population that has the obligate paternal allele at that locus. This index is reported for each DNA locus.
A combined relationship (or "Direct") index for all of the tested alleles is then calculated and appears below the chart. This number is used to calculate the "probability of relationship," which is the percentage likelihood that a man with the alleles of the alleged father is the biological parent of the child, as compared to an untested, unrelated man of the same race. If the DNA of the alleged father is consistent (to a degree of mathematical certainty) with that of the child, then the report will conclude that the alleged father cannot be excluded as the biological father of the child. If the DNA is not consistent however, it will conclude that the alleged father can be excluded as the biological father of the child.
DNA typing is performed by demonstrating differences in length of specific DNA sequences. This can be done by digestion of DNA with restriction enzyme(s), followed by Southern blot hybridization using a probe specific for the polymorphic site. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) techniques are becoming widely applied to the same task, and have several advantages over Southern blotting - for example, much less DNA is required and in many cases, typing can be done using partially degraded DNA. For PCR analysis, the primers are designed to flank the VNTR locus and the size of the PCR product is dependent on the number of repeats. The general term "DNA fingerprinting" is used to describe all these procedures for characterizing VNTRs, RFLPs and other sequence polymorphisms.
Two conceptually different types of fingerprinting are commonly performed for either VNTR or RFLP analyses:
Single locus DNA fingerprinting: Polymorphism at a single locus is characterized, usually through use of a specific probe or specific PCR primers. Because the single loci detected by this method are characterized, one obtains a DNA genotype from single locus methods.
Multilocus DNA fingerprinting: Polymorphism at multiple loci is simultaneously identified. This can be performed by application of a mixture of single locus probes or application of a single probe that identifies multiple similar sequence polymorphisms. In the latter case, one is detecting unidentified fragments of DNA and the result is therefore a DNA phenotype rather than a genotype.
Each of these methods has advantages over the other in specific situations. For example, single locus but not multilocus methods are useful when the DNA is degraded and for mixed (i.e. victim and pertetrator) samples. On the other hand, multilocus fingerprinting typically provides more information per sample than single locus fingerprints. Examples of both types of fingerprinting follow.
DNA paternity testing aims to determine beyond reasonable doubt, if a man is the biological father of a child. A paternity test is more frequently required compared to maternity tests since the identity of the mother is generally easier to establish.
DNA Paternity testing make use of DNA technology that is remarkably precise. DNA or deoxyribonucleic acid is the genetic outline of an individual that is unique to each and every person. This type of genetic testing method provides an accuracy rate of about 99%(!) or more. DNA paternity tests are admissible in any legal court within the United States, as long as certain protocols have been established and followed throughout the DNA testing process.
With the introduction of DNA paternity testing, the earlier methods used for testing biological associations like blood group typing and HLA analysis have become obsolete. Aside from accuracy, collecting samples for paternity tests is painless and non-invasive compared to other methods. A swab from the inside of the mouth is widely accepted as the method of choice for obtaining the source material for a paternity test.

A paternity test can be used for either personal or legal purposes. Personal paternity tests can be carried out in cases wherein legal involvement is not required. The people involved can do the collection of samples for personal paternity tests themselves and simply send the DNA samples to the DNA paternity test lab for processing. So if you simply want to know who the father of a child is 'discretely', then a home-conducted paternity test is for you.
On the other hand, legal paternity tests require more detailed documentation to be admissible in a court of law. The results of legal paternity tests need to be supplemented by a strict chain of custody that involves photographs and finger printing. A legal paternity test can be ordered online at any reputable DNA Paternity testing company. In most cases, a DNA testing company can also provide expert witnesses for court proceedings.
Whether for personal or legal circumstances, there are paternity test kit you can order for home use, or alternatively paternity test clinics you can discretely go to, to have your samples both taken and processed. The bottom-line however is this - knowing who a child's father is, may result in some difficult discussions, which should be fully anticipated before the DNA tests are conducted.

How can there be additional strands of DNA and what does this look like?
The portions of the DNA chain that science has presently identified as the "Double Helix", represent only the SURFACE portions of the chemical, elemental, and electrical components of the active DNA strands. Science has yet to identify the MULTIDIMENSIONAL spectra of DNA manifestation, and has yet to realize that within the structures of detectable DNA, there are levels of structure and function that direct the operations of the entire genetic blueprint, which are not currently detectable by the contemporary scientific method.
The human DNA imprint will always appear from external analysis, as a 2 strand Double Helix configuration. But what is not understood, is that within the Double Helix there are, and will be progressively more, additional Double Helix strands, which fuse together and add their operational coding into the active DNA imprint. As science evolves into comprehension of the mult-dimensional spectrum, the understanding of the tree structure and function of DNA will progressively advance.
But one does not have to wait for science to catch up with a rapidly evolving humanity in order to begin advancing the functions of their DNA. Through the processes of bioregenesis, we are removing ancient blockages within the human anatomy that have been blocking natural DNA activation, and then we are restoring the Original Organic Imprint for Health, that is the birthright of our species. We are progressively reordering portions of the "junk DNA" and stimulating portions of the DNA into activation.
Why is DNA Activation important right now and how does the Earth affect our DNA Activation level?
We are directly connected to the Earth and exist as part of the Earth. Like a baby that is in their mother’s womb, the body of the mother is actually the OUTER body of the baby. So anything that happens to the mother forms an energetic imprint and affects the child. For example, if the mother smokes or drinks alcohol during the pregnancy, this goes directly to the child and forms imprints, which may manifest as physical birth deformities or genetic problems which eventually manifest into physical dis-ease.
So it is the same thing with the Earth and us. The Earth is OUR outer body. This is why it is called Mother Earth. Our morphogenetic field (form holding blueprint) exists as part of the larger morphogenetic field of the Earth. If something happens to the Earth’s energetic grids, then we inherit these problems into our own grids. Our energetic anatomy is exactly like the Earth’s, with chakras, meridians, axiatonal lines, and DNA. Our 13th chakra is actually one we share with the Earth and exists at the Earth’s core. So if a cataclysm happens with the Earth and it pokes a hole in the Earth’s grids, then what happens is that “hole” is poked into every person’s DNA on the planet.
And this has been one of the main influences and problems with our DNA throughout history as there have been many cataclysms. The Earth distortions in history have actually created a planetary DNA distortion that has made every living organism’s DNA on the planet to falsely appear as Base-4, with only 4 chemicals. Humans are supposed to have 12 chemical nucleotide bases. This would allow us to have 144 physical chemical chromosomes as well, whereas now we only have 46. Also the original Angelic Human DNA Template which most people on the planet have, called the Diamond Sun DNA Template, is 12 strands, allowing for 12 dimensions of consciousness, and is built for transmutation from carbon to silica based body, and eventually pre-matter liquid light. This body is not meant to “die”. It is because of the DNA distortions in ancient history (25,500 B.C) that have blocked people from bringing light into their field and naturally evolving through DNA activation. Most people on the planet only have 3 strands active, which only allows 3 dimensions of consciousness and thus they are stuck in 3D.
We are at a very important point in history right now because we have the ability to regenerate our original organic imprint for health. And we don’t need science and fancy equipment to do this. We are just required to learn how to use what we came in with – our mind-body-spirit system to direct our mind to alter the scalar waves by which our DNA is composed.
We are in the middle of an ascension cycle, which is literally a time continuum shift. From now through 2012, the planet is going through this time continuum shift, which only happens once every 25,556 years (called a Euiago cycle). What is happening is that the particles that make up the Earth’s auric field are speeding up in pulsation rhythm to prepare for this shift into ascension from dimension 3 to dimension 4. Since the particles that make up the Earth’s auric field are speeding up in pulsation rate, and we exist as part of the Earth’s auric field, the particles that make up our OWN auric fields must also speed up. This is happening now through 2012. This means that one must have at least 4 strands of DNA active to make the shift into dimension 4.
And this is why DNA activation is so important now. If you have energetic blockages – auric attachments, karmic imprints, DNA distortions, or unnatural energetic seals, then you will not be able to speed up the particles and accrete the frequencies necessary to make this time continuum shift. How long does it take to notice the effects from the sessions?
It really depends on the person. Everyone is different and is at a different level of spiritual evolution. After performing over 10000 sessions, I have noticed the following. Some people notice the effects immediately after the session, have spontaneous healings and miraculous realizations occur immediately, while others have reported consciously seeing the results anywhere from 1 to 5 days after the session. The changes do not just happen overnight though. They continue for weeks and MONTHS after each session. Will I feel anything while the DNA Activation is happening?
YES! It depends on how sensitive you are to energy, but most people feel the session very strongly as it is happening. You may notice a tingle or some other sensation in the head area (crown chakra). In most cases, people experience a spontaneous physical or emotional healing at the time of the activation. After that, there will be numerous changes in the next few weeks and months. Most people experience an increase in energy, and go through a cleansing process. DNA Activation is an eternal process and you will notice changes throughout your life from these sessions.

It does a lot of things. First of all, it allows you to connect to your divine source. It allows you to become one with your God. Think of yourself right now, a person with 2 strands of DNA with only one strand active, as a standalone computer with access to only about 16MB of RAM. This means you can only run a few programs, none concurrently, and you are not even connected to the internet :)Once you activate your DNA, it's like you get a DSL connection to the mind of everything, and can access anything you want just by using your intent and intuition.And let me tell you about manifestation! This is the best part. When you bring more light into your field, which is what DNA activation does, you increase your frequency. So you attract people, places, events, and things of a similar high frequency. Which means business contacts, clients, money, etc. Manifestation starts by being able to hold an image in your mind of what you want and then blowing that out into the Void. Everything manifests from the Void. DNA Activation activates the strands that allow you to travel out into the Void and effectively 'hand deliver' your desires to the Creator. In actuality, you become your Higher self, and whatever you think of creates, so BE CAREFUL of what you think of. When you say you become one with God, what exactly do you mean by this? And how does this help one manifest things?
In reality, we are all just forgotten Gods. We are all one being and one consciousness and everything in the universe and all universes is part and exists within ONE consciousness identity. It has feelings, desires, intentions, and free will. And most importantly, it has the ability to manifest thought. Because we are each an aspect or a face of that collective identity that some people choose to call God, or some people choose to call Source, there are many other words for it, because we are units or the faces of that Source, we are also imbued with the potentialality and characteristics of that Source. Which means as Source, as God manifest, we as smaller aspects of God taking place within God also have the ability to manifest. If we know what we are doing! We are pieces of God who have forgotten who we were, and with the forgetting we forgot HOW to do it. We can look at us as the many masks that Source wears when it chooses to come into manifest holograms to experience the individuation.
What makes your technique more effective than other DNA Practitioners out there and why should I choose you over them?
First of all, it is important to know who you are working with and what type of DNA template THEY have. I was guided to do this work because I am an Indigo Type 1, with a 48 strand template. That means I can draw and hold much more frequency than most people that only have a 12 strand template, and then transmit this to others. It's called shaktipat if you understand yoga. It's basically the ability to awaken people by energy transmission, a siddhi. My technique is also a lot more comprehensive than other practitioners. What I discovered is that if a person has a lot of energetic blockages (and most people do), a DNA Activation won't be as effective. There are certain blockages that everyone has that prevent DNA from naturally activating the way that it used to. So you have to look at this as a process. I always require that someone considering this have an Auric Clearing and a Karmic Session FIRST. Once you are free from these blockages, THEN we can activate your DNA. Other practitioners ignore these blockages and then their clients who are unsatisfied with their results come to me and we have to start all over with the Auric Clearing. Another thing that I recognize that other practitioners aren't aware of is that there is DNA for practically EVERYTHING, not just youth and anti-aging. Another thing is that I don't make DNA activation an "esoteric" thing. If you look at some of the other websites on DNA activation, you get the feeling that something is not right there. What is the complete process and the total price for the required sessions?
The basic process is 4 sessions and begins with an Auric Clearing. The Auric Clearing must be done first to remove all of the highest priority energetic blockages. About a week later, after your light body becomes stabilized in it's new energetic structure, the Karmic Session can be done. The Karmic Session removes past life karmic issues that are keeping you in a "karmic loop", where the same types of things keep happening to you over and over in life. These two sessions prepare you to accrete the amount of light required to activate your DNA. About a week after the Karmic Session, the 1st DNA Activation can be done. There are at least 2 DNA Activations required to activate as many strands of DNA that your energy body can handle at this point in your evolution, and the sessions should be done about a week apart. These sessions promote permanent, lifelong changes and are given with a gentle, loving intent. The investment in yourself for the first four sessions(Auric Clearing, Karmic Session, and 2 DNA Activations) is only $400. You can also just purchase 1 session at a time.
